Seagate Info is 'Processing' my report forever!!

Hi,

We have scheduled a simple crystal report (v7.0) using Seagate Info 7.0 MR1. The report just picks up data from a database table. There are no input parameters. The report file is stored on the Info Server.

When we schedule the report from the Info Desktop, the status changes to 'Processing' and remains there forever. We have logged into the database while scheduling. What could be the problem?

Any help is very much appreciated.

I'd start troubleshooting by trying to run the same report from CR, then to schedule other reports from Info Desktop, etc.
