I created a private folder when I was logged in as my username. I am an administrator. I want the user 'Administrator' to also see this folder and the reports in this folder but am having a hard time doing this. I think because I created this folder as a private folder is the reason I cannot grant security for the Administrator group to see the folder and the reports underneath it. Do I have to create another folder that is not private and copy these reports over to that and just grant security to administrators?

Thanks in advance,
Bob Bessette

There is a specific registry setting on the APS that allows administrators so see Private folders:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Seagate Software\Seagate Info\Options\AdminCanSeePrivateFolders "Yes"
