Seagate Info Desktop with Citrix 1

We have an issue where only one user can log into Seagate Info Desktop on each Citrix box. We would like to resolve this issue and have not yet been able to do so. Has anyone out there experienced this problem and resolved it? Or is anyone out there running Seagate Info via Citrix and has not experienced this problem? Our West Coast operation can only have two users at most logged into Info Desktop.

Naw,this doesn't sound like a Info issue. Try this: on the Citrix box, bring up the Info desktop several times (maybe 5x) and log on with different usernames at the same time. If that works, Info is working correctly.
Then it's time to troublehoot Citrix. Create a new share - does it behave the same way? Share out another app - can several users connect at once - if so, compare share settings of the Metaframe.
Oh - you made sure that there are no Info server components installed, right?

Do you use Citrix with Info Desktop? I would like one person to tell me they are using it with Citrix and are not having this problem. We will try your suggestions and let you know...

yep - we are using it. In fact I know of heaps of people using it. It's quite common I believe.

You are the man (I assume you are a man)! We recreated the share and we can now log into the Citrix boxes using Info Desktop multiple times from our remote location. This saves us a lot. We were thinking of moving to Crystal Enterprise to resolve this issue. Now I think we may continue to use Seagate Info for the time being until we feel that Crystal Enterprise is a more mature product. Thanks again!
