Seagate Info 7.0 User sub-folder Security- View Reports

Hi Team
I am working with Seagate Info 7.0. We are trying to setup folder and subfolder security for Users. I have found however that when you schedule a report it does not allow you to write to the disk and view the instance. The only option is 'To Printer'.....

Can anyone assist please, is it a bug of Vs 7.0 or am I doing something wrong with my Admin security settings.
