Seagate Info 7.0 to CE 9.0 information

We're going to to migrating from Info 7.0 to CE 9.0. Are there any big problems that I'll be running into? I know that the syntax in the queries will have to be changed, but anything else major? I'll have around 100 reports to upgrade and want to be ready for the worst.
