Seagate Info 7.0 24/7 Phone Support

Does anyone know if there are any companies that you can purchase 24/7 phone support for Seagate Info 7.0? Crystal Decisions no longer gives 24/7 phone support for this because it is basically 4 versions back. I know there are lots of people out there willing to give Tek Tips, but sometimes we need an answer quickly and waiting for someone to possibily answer the question could take too long. Thanks in advance.
