A few months ago, I purchased a Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 120GB to replace my old Maxtor drive.

All seemed well, but I then installed ActiveSMART and was worried by the attribute values there. The "Raw Read Error Rate" and "ECC On The Fly Count" were initially around 60 but since then they've dropped to about 58 (with the Worst value at 56). The attributes seem to change (go up/down every few hours) Should I be worrying about this?

Here are the values of the ActiveSMART query:

Thanks,

Go to Seagate's site, and run their diagnostics for your HD if you're concerned about it failing.
