We have scheduled reports that are not running due to the fact that the machine to run the reports on can not be found. If I try to schedule a report i get no info servers are currently configured. All services are running on the server and I can run a report in designer with no problem. Any ideas?

There are three services that have to be running for the Info Server to be "up" - Info Sentinel, Info Agent, Info APS.

Also, log in to the Info Administrator for your APS. Go to the Info Servers tab. Make sure that there's one or more servers listed and that they are "on" (yellow lightbulb). If you need to, you can click on a grey lightbulb to try to connect to the server - this includes an APS that's acting as a server. You can also add servers to the list if they have the Info Agent and Info Sentinel installed.

Thank you Hilfy! I have all 3 services running and under Info Admin have my servers choosen. But for whatever reason my recurring schedules won't kick off and I can't schedule one to run right now as it keeps telling me that I have no servers defined. So I guess I am wondering if I have redefine something on the server itself. I have gone through everything I can think of and am at the point of rebooting the server to see if that will have any effect.

Hilfy,
I looked back over the configuration and the yellow lightbulb was not on. Thank you so much as I simply overlooked that fact and my scheduler is working fine.
