does someone know how to do?

I have a problem with my STT20000A seagate material,
because the PC (used for all the saves of my network) 's harware has crashed,
and a new hardware has been installed,
but now for me, the problem is that this computer was using the "segate backup" software
, and the Cd with the "install" of this one seems to be lost (or not furnished by DELL [where we have buy the PC]),
...
I have installed the good driver for the STT20000A (the QIC-157), but when I try to use the windowsNT integrated backup software,
and put a save tape (Travan 20GB), it cannot read it and says "alien tape" (or something like that)...

I don't know if it is because in the options of the seagate backup software I have choosen "zip" ...

now, I don't see what can I do for backup on my PC...
does I can download the seagate backup software?
because DELL say that they can't furnish it to me because it is not a DELL's software...

and sorry for my unperfect english.
