SE Gateway Drops network connection but IP Phones work

Hi all,

I have an odd issue where an IPO500 gateway in an SE solution based in a remote office drops its SCN connection and is unreachable via ping. All the IP phones still work and you can ping it locally just not remotely.

Normally I would be glaring at the IT guys however if we go to the site and reboot the system it all works fine for 4-5 hours then it starts all over again.

The system is on R11.1.1

Has anyone else had this issue?

Not ever had that but if it pings locally then it is not the hardware but looks like the routing.
Check your IP routes and when it drops do a traceroute to see where it stops.

I ja answering similar with a session that was not cleared (Fortigate). The devices haven’t been able to establish a new one then.
