Check the SDS Forms Sharing form is identical on both nodes by getting an export and making sure none of the major forms have not had sharing disabled.
The following MUST be set on both nodes:
General: Telephone Directory is shared to all 3300s
System Level Device Handling: All options set to share with all cluster members
User: User Definition set to All Network Elements
Administrator Managed Data: Associated Directory Numbers, CESID Assignment and Device Data set to share all records to the resilient pair
User Managed Data: High End Set Data, Idle Softkey Data, and User Call Handling Data set to share all records to the resilient pair
Service Hosting: Local-Only Directory Number List set to share to all cluster members, Service Hosting set to share all records to all network elements
Perform a database reconcile by editing the comment against one of the cluster elements in the Cluster Element assignment form. You will see this start and complete in the logs.
Synchronise the systems using these steps, clearing any errors as they appear.
On the primary node select the network element for the second node, click sync but don't select any forms to sync. This will synchronise all the defaults (the same as start sharing).
If this is successful the next step is to select the service hosting and sync.
If successful then select User and sync.
If successful then select device level resiliency.
If this is successful you can then do a full sync, however, you must ensure that you are only sharing the forms that you want to have common information across all the systems. For example, if you different configurations of the trunk attributes form across the systems and you sync these it could cause your trunks to stop working correctly.
