i,
we have a cluster of 30 controllers in MCD4.2 and on some of the controllers we have no errors and on some up to 1000 errors of the same type:

Action add
Form Name User and Device Configuration
Reason Data provided for foreign reference doesn't exist.
Detail
User Id Ref 4dd339e0-6b27-11e0-bb64-08000f3c987f
Hosted User Service Guid Ref 87ee4920-1dd2-11b2-bf27-08000f3c987f
Contact Info Type Id Ref 1

Any idea what this means?
Thnx!

probably data shared at resilient scope (or other scope than all 3300 or all cluster) I imagine there is an error in your programming for SDS datashare for the form 'User & Device Configuration'

Host user errors are usually missing info on 'high end' sets
When you set the SDS up before synching did you firstly sync the Service Hosting Data before synching the other forms?
This sets up resiliency and call handling data.

Once service hosting is synched other forms can then be synched.

Share what you know - Learn what you don't

You can also do a compare of the telephone directory forms and correct the errors via a sync under General..

Usually a sync of all the controllers of User and Service Hosting together, then a second sync of those two items plus Telephone Directory will work.

It'll most likely take forever and give you the impression it timed out, but let it run anyway, and check back the next day.
