I have a SDN for remotely recording AppBuilder voice item messaging. I have no idea what the password is for that SDN since the installer is long gone. How do I change the password?

The passwords is not on the SDN but on the application. If you have application builder open the appication you want to modify.

Example: You may have an application 1000 that could be AUTO ATTENDANT. You will open that application. If you know all the other information about the application (what the voice item ID numbers are) then to change the access password just do the following:

1. Click File>Properties
2. Go to the Security Tab
3. Modify the "Telset Maintenance Password"
4. Save&Exit

This is the password that you need.

1. dial SDN for Voice Item Maintenance
2. Application ID? (enter app id here)
3. Password? (the new password you entered for your application)
4. Do what you need to do from here.

Hope this helps.
