MY SDM9230(local) was connected to PRI line with and E1/T1 card. On the remote side, there is one SDM9230(remote) connected to a PABX. User at remote site will try to make call through the PABX and going out to PSTN on the local PRI.
Sometime, the line only limited to 2 users can be ONLINE. When i check on the SDM9230(local) by typing "DCS", it only show 2 users ONLINE. The third user call will just unsuccessful and getting a busy tone.
I have checked "SEC" the voice channels are assigned correctly. cheched on "DA", the alarm log shows the voice line is SYNC all the time.
This happen sometimes, and it just auto recover.
The PRI was tested separately, and it works fine.
