SDM Java Applet Won't launch 1

Greetings. I got a 1811 router. Just updated the SDM on the router and my PC to V25. When I try to launch the SDM on my pc, the Java applet window will not open. I am talking about the management console for the router. I get the the 2 authentication windows, etc..... Both http and https have been configured in the router and the user name that I am using has a level 15 access. My java has the latest updates as well. The same thing was happening when I had SDM v24. So I thought an upgrade might fix it. But nothing so far. Any ideas?

Did you try running SDM locally off the router's flash?

No, I haven't done that yet. How would i do that?

I had to downgrade my Java Run time to 5.0 update 11 to make SDM v25 work on XP
