SDLT600 Tape In AIX4.3.3?

Hi everyone,

I have 12 SDLT600 drives in Quantum/ATL P6000 tape library,and connect to AIX 4.3.3 though 3*FC470 FC/SCSI router.Use tar,SDLT600 can write and read.but in legato networker 7.1.3,software often report tape drive is not ready.at last,tape cann't eject from drive.
If backup server OS change to WindowsXP,all operation success.
I doubt problem is "AIX 4.3.3,Quantum FC470 and SDLT600 is incompatible". Legato NetWorker cann't receive drive's state correct.
I upgrade "devices.fcp.tape.rte" and "atape" and "devices.scsi.tape.rte" to newest version.but problem still appear.

I think the driver is OK because u can write and read with tar. So the problem is legato networker. you should ask legato to sovle the problem.
