SDLT drive errors, please help

Hey my sdlt drive is showing two errors. One is BF and other 93. They aren't both displayed at the same time. The errors are displayed on the sdlt drive itself, while Veritas doesnt recognize one of the tapes in the drive. I tried searching for their meaning but can't seem to find anything. Can anyone please help?
