SDLT 300/600 backup problem in ProLiant DL380 G4

I have a proliant DL 380 G4 server and have set to backup some local drives+shared drives via batch files that runs through the scheduler. This setup was made almost an year back and everything worked fine.

I am using the windows backup and have the HP SDLT 300/600 drive. For the past couple of weeks without any particular reason (i have not done any changes to the server, the backup is failing randomnly, sometimes the local drives are not backed up while sometimes the mapped drives. The errors from backup report and event viewer are given below. HELP!!
