I am currently developing a crm application based on the .Net framework and writing it in C#. One of the requirements is to be able to make lot's of outbound calls on the Avaya ip office switch using data stored in a sql database. I have decided that the best way to do this would be to build a 'dialler engine' that sits on the .net server running the application. This will accept commands from clients to setup and make calls, hold calls and drop calls. Where can I download the sdk for the ip office in order to provide the integration with the rest of the platform that I need? And does anyone have any suggestions on the most efficient way to build and run this? Cheers

What you need is the TAPI-PRO SDK.
It is shipped to you if you buy a TAP-PRO license but your vendor can give you a copy of the software. Without a license you can develop your software but you cannot access the IP Office.
Another option could be the free TAPI tool wich is on the User-cd, then you can dial-out with the software and transfer calls to any other extension. Disavantage is thet only one call can be setup at a time.
