SDH STM1 to PDH C-4 converter.

Hi,

I'm looking for a device out there if any, a STM1 to C4 converter. Note, that within the STM1 we have multiple E1s and this device will need to demultiplex all the E1 down to the C-12 level and re mapp back to C-4.
