I am showing an error on the SD card in system status. Does anyone know how to fix this? the error is "system not running system SD primary software". Thanks for the help.

Yepp, one of two:
a) format + recreate SD with correct version of Manager. You should make a copy of the config.cfg, putting it on the card before you pop it back in.
b) if this happens again, get a new SD card and do a dongle swap. (The last is for moving licenses without having to pay for them again. You'll need a BP or Distri for this)
