SD Backlog Report

Is anyone aware of a report to show the open backlog for sales orders in SAP? This would include anything shipped but not invoiced as well as everything that has not shipped yet. VA05 & VF04 do not give exactly what I'm looking for. I've found a way to manually do this by exporting to excel and merging different reports, but it would be nice if SAP had one report to get this information from.
