/Scsi0/spool/lpq1/xxxxxx.SPL - Meaning?

Hi All -
I've a networked cannon GP printer on an NT4 server
port 10.1.1.3RINT_200-216 - > Works sometimes, others it
comes up with the error above! Tried moving the spool loctn to new disk, stil same. Made sure AV package wasn't grabbing the files... anyone know why this appears?

This error is for the spool location on the GP.

Try doing a full format of the HD in the GP (takes a long time) then install system software. If the problem still occurs replace the hard drive.

The above should only be done by a service tech. System software is not available for download, only through your Canon service person (at least in my country)
