SCSI Error ASC[0x24] ASCQ[0x00]

Hi,

I was just handed a Commvault backup architecture with no documentation and I only have a small ammount of Backup Exec experience. Part of that handover involved some maintenence to our tape library that resulted in the replacement of the controller section of the library. The new section has been put in place and setup exactly as the older one (still waiting on liscencing) but the library is marked offline in Commvault. The library itself is corretly configured and online. Can anyone tell me how to solve this error? The only thing I could find online was to cycle power which I have done on the server and library. Thanks.

I found it. Turns out just dumping the same IP and connections isn't enough to replace a library. Found the steps here:
