SCSI Guru's please help : )
The equipment:
ASUS P3C-S MB, onboard Adaptec AIC-7892 SCSI controller
(3) Fujitsu MAN3367MP
(1) Quantum Atlas III 318000TD-SW
The setup as it POSTS:
SCSI ID's
4, 5, 6 = Fujitsu drives
10 = Quantum
7 = controller
The problem? Transfer speed.
It sometimes shows up as:
160-80-10 (Fujitsu) and 80 for the Quantum or sometimes
160-80-ASYNC and 80 for the Quantum
I have the Quantum at the end of the SCSI chain, the other end terminating on the motherboard.
I have no idea how to get all of these at 160! I have the 3 Fujituss setup as a RAID 5 and the Quantum as a SWAP in Windows 2000.
Going crazy...any ideas?
TIA
