We have a promise UltraTrk RM800 as external Hard drive. the RM8000 connects to HP DL380 g3 server running windows 2003. When starting the server, ATTO SCSI can see the RM8000 drive with these information:
Chan ID LUN
1 8 0 Dsik RAID 5
1 9 0 Disk JBOD
1 10 0 Processor
but the server stops with this line: Attempting Boot from CD-ROM. If I disconnect the RM800 from the server, the server runs fine. I have tried to change the IDs but that doesn't make any different. I also tried different different server with the same issue.
Any suggestion?
