SCSI Configuration read or write error

Hi folks,

I'm getting an error (637-224) when I do a diag on my pci2 device (FRU:04N6907). This is the PCI Bus. I looked it up on google as I had never seen the error before and it seems as if the problem may not be related to a failed card. The person was upgrading from 4.3 to 5.1 so I never found out what exactly the problem was as the upgrade seemed to fix the problem.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

All help is greatly appreciated...
