SCSI Communication Error (Code 220-0a-00-00) stops CD Burning! I have EASY CD Pro 95 for software and a Hewlett Packard Surestore 6020i for hardware. Any ideas how I might fix this please? Thank you!

1. What steps have you taken so far??
2. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the software.
3. What version of Windows is it?
4. Have you tried to download any update patches off their websites?
5. How are your drives configured in your computer?
