Scrsaver.nlm abends server after unload

For some reason, I noticed that my screensaver was not on, on my Netware 6 server. At the console prompt I typed SCRSAVER ACTIVATE. nothing happened. then I typed SCRSAVER UNLOAD, well, for some reason the server abended.

Abend log shows:

Server MARTBURG2 halted Saturday, April 5, 2003 10:32:37.397 am Abend 1 on P00: Server-5.60c: Page Fault Processor Exception (Error code 00000000).

Can anyone tell me what could have caused this? And what should I do to fix it?
