Scrolling text until Button Realise out

Can you help me to crete a text area,
that scrolling up and down,

() When the button is realised -> text moving (up, or down)
as the mouse don't realised out,
-> the text continues to scrolling.

() When the button is Realised Out -> then the text stop to
moving.

That's my question, thanks before.

Sounds like a bad idea, there. There's a concept called "usability", and it basically suggests that the best way to enable scroll buttons is to have them activate "on mouse down", and deactivate "on mouse up". Any way other than that is making more work for yourself, and more work for the user (which mean they will more than likely just leave your site).

My advice is stick with the tried and tested.
