I have a form/subform. On the form, users scan data into a field which populates the table that the subform is based on.

There's more data being scanned in than will display in one screen. I want the current record scanned always to be the last record displayed, so the user knows the last record scanned without having to scroll down in the subform.

Can anyone give me any idea on how to accomplish this?

Thanks.

Not exactly sure about what you have here, but if it is similar to what I've done, it was simply a matter of having the subform built off a query that sorts on a date descending.

Yes, I figured that out. I make simple things complicated sometimes :)

Thanks.
