Scrolling Problem 1

I have reformatted a computer with XP and now when you're scrolling down...The scroll is jumpy and not smooth...Any setting or something here to make scroll smoothly??? It's like waves when you scroll down the pages...Thanks!!

I have the exact same issue. I tried updating my mouse driver. But the problem still remains and it's very annoying. Can someone please help?

Open your Internet Browser, Click Tools>Internet Options.

Under the advanced tab, there is an option for Smooth Scrolling. Check to ensure that it is enabled.

Make sure you are current with all Windows Updates for XP pre-Service Pack 2. The scrolling issue was addressed directly in the last large IE/OE update prior to SP2.
