Scrolling Menu

I am trying to make a menu like:

Does anyone know how to do this or can point me in the right direction? Thanks.

I don't see a scrolling menu, I do see a scrolling background is that what you mean?

Wow JT that almost looked like you knew what you were doing!

You have to click on the menu to see what I mean. When you click on one of the links, that link moves to the far right and the others wrap around to the other side. (2 of the links open external pages, but you'll figure that out).

That helped. I made it so it can scroll continuously, but how do I make it stop with the link the user clicked at the far right? I also need it to ease in. Here is the effect I am going for:

Click on the "Service" link. The menu will scroll to the right and stop with Service at the far right.
