Scrolling menu image

I would like to know how to make a menu system with a scrolling image above it, similar to the one on

. I have found certain sources with the .fla files but being a newbie there is really no way for me to understand the code or what I need to change, but I would really love to learn. If anybody can break it down for me and give me an example that would be super. Thank you for your time and effort in advance

Thank you, that makes things much more clear. I was under the impression that it would have had to be one long image that scrolls from side to side. Thanks for your help
