Scrolling in SmartViewer causes duplicate data in report.

Any help would be appreciated. My users have found that when they scroll through a report in the Java Smart Viewer, duplicate records are created within that report. If they enter the Smart Viewer and print the report, the correct data is printed. Has anyone encountered this?
