Scrolling Forms

I designed a floor plan program with access97, when the floor plan went down past the bottom of the screen you could just scroll down to see the rest of it. Now I designed it with vb6, but am unable to scroll down to see anything that goes past the bottom of the screen. Even in design view I can't scroll down to anything that is past the bottom of the form. I can get to it by selecting it's name in the properties box and changing the height of the object to a lower number that will bring it into view. If I change the forms height to a number higher than 7200 it will change back to 7200. Is there something I'm missing. I'm a carpet installer so I only get to spend a couple hours a night on this. Any help would be appreciated.

Place that on ActiveX Documents.
