Scrolling a movie

I have a movie with text and some images wich are links.
I want to make a simple scrolling:2 buttons "up" and "down", no scroll thumb.
Could you hlp me?

If you have flash5 installed check in the help > Action Script Reference > Creating Interaction with ActionScript >
Creating a scrolling text field.
