Scrollbar with a dis enabled text box

Have a textbox wich is set to .enabled = false
Data in put into it from a database
Would like to have a VscrollBar which the user can scroll through the textbox.
Anyone have any eperiene in these matters?

found it if anyone needs it. The Textbox actually properties can be set with a scrollbar. No need to muck around with Vscrollbar.
