scrollbar both on top and bottom of div 1

Hi guys,

On a DIV with overflow set to auto, is it possible to display two scrollbars, one at the top and one at the bottom?

No. You can have scroll bars at the bottom or the right (or both) - but not one at the top and the bottom.

You could mimic this behaviour using Javascript - but it's certainly noth something to attempt unless you know javascript intimately
