Scrollbar & read text file

Hi All,

I want to do this on a flash site :

I want to read the content of a .txt file on the webserver, and show the text in my flash animation.
If the text is too long to fit on 1 screen, I would like to implement a vertical scroll bar to allow visitors to scroll through the text...

Can I do this ? If yes, how can I do it ?
