Scroll while dragging.

Ok, two part question, I have a FLP(flowLayoutPanel) with controls that are added at runtime, I have the dragDrop working, but not able to drag items to controls that are below FLPs visible area - vertical scrollbar present. Also still working on the scrollbar which is close. This is for a touch screen app(fat vertical scrollbar control) - this control is placed on top of the side of the panel where the FLP's vertical scroll would be.
