Scroll Text - YES - but show ScrolL BAR Location?

Hey _ Figured out how to scroll text in a dynamic text box, and yes - it is VERY easy, and thank you all for helping me.

Now - I need to go to the next step. I need to show the scroll bar so that the user knows if they can scroll up or down. How do I do this? I have a feeling it will be MUCH more complicated..
