Scroll (Mouse) Function Doesn't Work

I am using ACT 6.0 Windows XP with a Logitech MX510 mouse. I have current drivers for the mouse installed. The scroll function works with all my other programs.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?

For some reason, it worked with some mouse drives and not with others.
