scroll for text works but if i put two on the same page

My single scroll for text works pretty good except for the the icon which goes up and down while i scroll.

SO MY QUESTION UP TO THIS POINT IS......WHAT VARIABLE DO I CHANGE SO IT MOVES ONLY UP TO THE TOP AND THE BOTTOM OF THE ARROWS BY THE WAY ...... I KNOW THE GIF ARE BROKEN LINKS


MY OTHER QUESTION IS HOW DO YOU GET TWO WORKING ON THE SAME PAGE.

I suppose you have to
1-----change the names of all the new objects in the second scroll
2 ----Do I plug these into all the functions abouve?
