Hey I'm in need of some help. I did a search and found someone else asked about this and you posted links and help but I tried going to them and they're all down and no longer available. I have a lot of text on my page and would like to have it scrollable, not the whole page, just the text. It's sort of like a Bio page. I have an "up" and "down" button, I'd like to have it when you hover over the down one it slowly scrolls down the text, and when you hover over the up button it slowly scrolls up the text. Thank you greatly.

3 variations

The first one uses a control movie-clip's timeline to scroll the text up and down. The more distance you put between the frames in the movie-clip, the longer the pause between the line movement.

The second movie has a control movie-clip performing the scroll on(Enterframe) so you get a fast scroll.

The third movie doesn't utilise the 'scroll' script. It simply changes the _y location of a movie-clip which contains the text.
