Scroll bars have to be "primed"...

Back for a quick tek-tip:

Using a combo box for user to select desired record. The vertical scroll bar doesn't work (doesn't scroll through the list) until after it has been brought one time to the bottom of the displayed list. After once "priming the pump" it works O.K.
