Scroll Bar Problems

I know there is a simple answer but I can't figure it out!!! When I open my database in forms view the scroll bar is already half way down the page, any ideas???

In the design of your form if the form size is greater than the size of the screen and the first control to receive the focus is part-way down the page I could see the scrollbars being in the position that you describe.
