Using 7.6.2MSSQL, when I fininsh editing a screen in designer and I want to edit another I get a message that says I can only customize one screen at a time ....I have to exit and go back in to do another. This seems awkward to me, is this normal? Also, from designer is it possible to view the finished screen --- it is burdensome to have to log in and out as various users to check the screens.

This issue you are having is a bug, 02.211.478 in 7.6.200. If you contact Exact, they will add you to the list to send a patch once it's corrected. It is only happening in PWE, not the old Explorer as well.
As for your other question, typically, I modify the screen for Supervisor first, so since that's how I'm logged in, I can test it as well. Once I get the screen the way I want it, I then copy it to the correct user.
