Scritp Task Error - Reference Required

Hello

I have script task error and added references and existing vb module and have import statements in both Script Main and TestBW modules but still getting reference required.
I spend so much time on this not sure how to resolve this?
all the dll files are in GAC and v2.0 folder and in bin folder of package. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

one thing i noticed when i mouse over the line of error it shows the file but it say the public key=null why is it so?

is you dll strongly typed? If not i shouldn't have loaded it into the GAC. How did you verify that your dll was in the GAC?

Yes the dll were strong named and drag and dropped into c:\windows\assembly folder after strong naming it.

these are custom dll that i am using and i cannot edit these dll's, as they were not strong named i strong named it using ildasm and ilasm utilities.

if they are not strong named it would not copy to the GAC folder

i am really stressed with this and running out of options here?

please please need some input here??

Did you register the dll with regsvr32?

Yes, i used gacutil to deploy in GAC folder.
I hope its the same.

I don't believe they are try the regsvr32 as well. it can't hurt.
