Scripts Fold Problem

Recently , I have re-installed IIS in my Windows NT Server using (Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack)
Everything is fine except Html file under scripts folder cannot be browsered by IIS, Error is file missing.

Did I miss anything
Can anybody help me ????
Any Idea?????
